The Trump administration is evaluating our national marine sanctuaries for possible drilling, working on a new oil lease plan, and allowing fracking in the SB Channel so its a good time for cities to take a stand against offshore oil drilling. Santa Barbara will be considering a resolution at their next city council meeting. You can read the resolution here.
Urge the Santa Barbara City Council to pass a resolution against offshore oil drilling. Make a 2-min public comment opposing offshore oil, bring a sign to hold in your lap, or just come show your support in the audience.
